Master Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Contract

Provides ongoing support to help keep your systems running reliably after installation. It can cover inspection, maintenance, repair, testing, firmware management, and training for security, fire, AV, and other connected systems. Depending on the selected services, support may include remote troubleshooting, onsite service visits, preventive maintenance, scheduled testing and inspections, faster response options, and training for your team. It can also include more proactive OnX services, such as system health monitoring, remote remediation, escalation to local service teams when needed, and managed firmware updates under an agreed service plan.

Master Monitoring Contract

Provides ongoing monitoring services for security and fire systems, including alarm monitoring, video monitoring, and fire monitoring, to support timely response in accordance with site-specific protocols. Services may include receipt and review of alarm signals generated by physical security or fire systems, with response handled by Pavion or its third-party monitoring providers based on agreed procedures for each site. Depending on the service selected, monitoring may also include review of CCTV-generated events by live agents, who may dismiss non-actionable events, initiate live audio talk-down by a human or AI agent, or contact local authorities for dispatch when appropriate.

Master Managed IT Services Contract

Provides ongoing management and support for your IT environment, including services designed to monitor, maintain, support, secure, and optimize your systems. Services may include service desk support, VoIP phone support, network and infrastructure management, endpoint management, cybersecurity services, cloud services, and related advisory services.

Master Systems Installation Contract

Covers project-based services for the installation, configuration, integration, or upgrade of security, fire, AV, and related technology systems. Services may include project management, equipment procurement and delivery, installation labor, programming, configuration, testing, commissioning, and system integration. It may also address subcontractor coordination, site access and scheduling, acceptance procedures, and related project deliverables, with the specific scope, equipment, pricing, and project requirements set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or purchase documents.

Renewal Agreement

Extends or renews services, pricing, or other commercial terms under an existing agreement for an additional term. It confirms the renewed term and incorporates the scope, pricing, and service details set out in the applicable renewal proposal, while continuing to rely on the terms of the underlying agreement except as expressly updated.

Addendums and Policies

Information Security Addendum

Addresses information security requirements related to the protection of customer systems, data, and network-connected services. It may cover administrative and technical safeguards, access controls, incident response, vulnerability management, and other security obligations agreed by the parties.

Data Processing Addendum

Sets out the parties’ responsibilities for handling personal data processed in connection with the services. It may address processing instructions, permitted uses, confidentiality, security measures, subcontractor requirements, incident notification, support for data subject rights, and the return or deletion of personal data at the end of the services.

Weapons Detection Addendum

Addresses terms specific to the deployment, operation, and use of weapons detection technology and related screening services. It may cover site-use requirements, screening procedures, alert handling, operational responsibilities, and technology-specific limitations, assumptions, or compliance requirements.
