You will continue to receive invoices branded from K&J Integrated Systems, a division of AFA Protective Systems, Inc., a Pavion company. However, our EIN and banking information has changed so you may wish to flag this change to your finance department.
Please refer to our remittance information, statements, W9, and banking letter (available upon request) for payment updates.
All contact details remain the same.
This name change may not require anything from you other than a change in your Accounts Payable system to ensure alignment with our new banking and EIN information. Procurement and AP will want to update our information in your systems to align our relationship and eliminate possible confusion over the changes referenced.
While existing contracts and POs will be honored, you will want to update our vendor profile for procurement and payables related items. Please refer to our W9, Articles of Incorporation, Letter of Clarification, and Banking Letter (available upon request) to update our vendor profile. Please note, K&J Integrated Systems will never ask you to update banking information or remittance details via individual email or phone.
When setting up a vendor profile, please refer to line 2 of the W9. Line 2, Business name/disregarded entity name, if different from above (referring to Line 1 of the W9). The Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) is how we report revenue for tax purposes to the IRS.

AFA Protective Systems, Inc. is a registered business name in the State of X replacing the business name of K&J Integrated Systems. K&J Integrated Systems merging into Pavion Corp. As a result, K&J Integrated Systems customers will begin using the AFA EIN as part of this name change effective June 1, 2025.
