Cycle for the Cause 2024

On September 18, 2024, Pavion will embark on a remarkable journey as part of the annual Cycle for the Cause event—a three-day, 275-mile ride from Boston to New York. This event is more than just a physical challenge; it’s a powerful opportunity to raise funds and awareness in the fight to end AIDS and support the critical work of the AIDS Center in New York.

This year, Pavion is proud to have partnered with Blackstone, a collaboration that has brought together a diverse and dedicated team of cyclists from across our organizations. Our shared commitment to making a positive impact is at the heart of this partnership, driving us to push our limits both on and off the bike.

Building the Pavion-Blackstone team for this event has been a journey in itself. What started as a call for participants quickly turned into a passionate group of riders, each with their own story and motivation for joining the cause. From seasoned cyclists to those taking on this challenge for the first time, our team is united by a common purpose: to ride for those who can’t, to support those in need, and to contribute to a future where AIDS is no longer a threat.

This year’s ride will not only test our physical endurance but also our commitment to the cause. Day two of the ride will cover 118 miles—a personal best for many of our riders. But we’re confident that with the support of our teammates, our families, and our communities, we’ll reach that finish line together.

We’re excited to give a special shoutout to our four Pavion cyclists who are taking on this incredible challenge: Steve Fazio, Will Seifert, Lewis Strange, and Cicily Wright. Each of them brings a unique passion and dedication to this event, and we’re proud to have them representing Pavion on this journey.
