Subscription Services include Engineering, User Experience Consulting, Programming, Training, Hardware, Software Licenses, Support, Installation, and Documentation for the initial project. The agreement includes Maintenance and Pavion Experience Services.

Budgeting becomes significantly more accurate with a fixed monthly payment, replacing the need for a large upfront cost. This approach not only improves budget consistency but also includes free replacement of defective devices, eliminating unexpected expenses.

Should your company’s requirements change during the term of the Subscription Services Agreement, you can amend the Agreement to reflect the additional features and capabilities required at any time. Subscription Services modifications can be coterminous with the existing agreement or start a new term for the added features – your choice.

Subscription Services includes Maintenance Services ensuring rapid service response times, high system availability and preventive maintenance inspections. All equipment included in the service will be repaired or replaced for the term of the Subscription Agreement.
