Pavion Announces Andy Bierer as Chief Executive Officer
Pavion is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Bierer as Chief Executive Officer. After leading the company through a transformational period of integration, expansion, and growth, Joe Oliveri will retire from Pavion and transition to the role of Advisor to the CEO and Board, where he will continue to support Pavion’s long-term strategy and success.
Bierer brings extensive executive experience, operational expertise, and deep industry knowledge across the building technology and services sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Automated Logic, a Carrier company and leading provider of building automation and control solutions. Throughout his career, he has led large, complex field organizations across North America and Europe, driving both organic and inorganic growth, enhancing performance, and developing high-performing teams. In senior leadership roles at Carrier and Otis, he earned a reputation for scaling businesses, fostering strong cultures through employee engagement and development, and delivering world-class safety, operational excellence, and customer outcomes. His experience and vision position him well to lead Pavion into its next chapter.
